Bonjour tout le monde!
I recently bought one of the two remaining airworthy Fairtravel Linnets, which were Emeraudes built under licence in Britain in the early 60s by a little company led by Don Bennett. (He is best remembered for founding and leading the Pathfinder Group of RAF Bomber Command in World War 11). My aeroplane, 'ZR, was the one he used to often fly up and down to the south of France in the 60s and 70s. It is the first photo in the CP30 section of the galerie.
Like all Emeraudes, it has beautiful handling, and I am looking forward to making many visits to France in it, especially the next Rassemblement Piel!
