Its an Aeromatic Prop. It adjusts from fine to course and anywhere in between based on the dynamic forces on the prop; ie power setting and airspeed.

Do you know where I could find some wheel pants like the ones I have? I damaged one of them

Have you checked with aircraft spruce and specialties in the US ? They have a large choice of pants.
