What is the difference between CP60 and CP605/CP615, and between CP605 and CP615?

60 : 9.6m, 90hp cont.
601 : 100hp cont.
602 : 105 hp potez
603 : 115hp lyc.
604 : 145 hp cont

605 : 9.2 m, 150/160 hp lyc
606 : 140 hp lyc
607 : 130 cont
608 : 180 lyc

615 : 8.95m, 150/160 hp

Hi,

I have just received my copy of Diamante plans from Sylvie Littner. They are all named CP 60. Does this mean I will have to buy another set for my CP615?, or will I have to modify my plans for the shorter wing span and everything else?

I did not know the 615 has a shorter span. Are there any other differences please?

Hi,

Sorry for my english, this post started in English so I don't change anything ....

I am asking the same questions.
I saw that empty/take-off weight are not the same for all the Super Diamants planes.
For empty weight I understand very well (engine differences) but for take-off weight I wanted to know if the CP 615 should be use as a "light" 4 seats airplane (e.g. for really short flights with friends) instead of a 2+2 ?

I plan to build one CP 615 but I imagine a 110kg limitation on rear seats.
If applicable, this max rear weight limits the use I plan to have with this plane.
I really hope that it is possible to use this plane with 130~150kg on the rear places (with good balance of course)

Many thanks for the reply (even in mp)
Regards
Hervé
