I have a question about the hinges in the estabilizator and vertical fin.

the translated plans talk about "stop nuts" for the screws in the
hinges installed in the estabilizator spar and fin spar.

I have heard about most common are using "nutplates or anchor nuts" for it

what are the correct ????

I m not completely sure to understand your question but, if you are talking about the nut that are inside the stabilizator or the vertical fin to screw the hinge (2 nuts per hinge), on French plan, nutplate with anchor nuts are mentionned (for CP 615)

as I understand from you , the use of nutplates (anchor nuts) is correct
